Hugo was trained bye his father at a very young age. He showed signs of magic at two. From that moment on he was trained in the dark arts. He was able to hurt anything he wanted. He killed for the first time right before he started school. He has no problems doing unforgivables. He enjoys them.

Hugo grew up with magic he spent all of his childhood on a broom. He loves to read. He wants to become an Animagus. He believes that the war is not his problem and he won't fight.
