Today she was doing and experiment. She wanted her two lessons to integrate one another because of the small number in her second year classes. She wanted to teach them of how Muggles viewed the Magical world. She figured that his lesson could merge themselves between the two years and it'd work out fine.

Anne walked into Muggle studies and sat in the same spot as the day before. She didn't think Kasey was going to sit with her today. Maybe she could sit with a newer student. She looked at her nails as she waited for class to start.

Entering the classroom, she walked straight to her seat at the front row. She enjoyed sitting there because she had a great seat with Victoria, and Professor Valentine was much more approachable this way. Somehow, she noticed Anne, and looked at her confused and waved. She didn't call out because she was far away and she turned back to face the Professor knowing she didn't like dilly dallying.

Tessa had walked into the class. And after she found a desk, Yasmina laid down beside of her. She took a couple of seconds to remember everything that she learned from this class. Which she had already knew it. But she knew that she took it, because she wanted Damien too.

Eva bounced into muggle studdies. HS esat at the very front. She loved this class. She wondered what they would learn. She knew that many of the people in her year didn't care for this class. She adored it. She waved to a few people as she passed them and waited still bouncing fo the lesson to start.

Teresa came in the classroom, wanting very much to learn about the Muggle world. Yes, she has seen and even had a few Muggle inventions, but that was all, though she had read plenty of Muggle literature. They were the most interesting thing about them.

She walked to the front of the classroom. Maybe there'll be something surprising that will pop out of nowhere. She loves surprises.

Luke entered the classroom and was confused at first when he saw that they were once against mixed. Both first and second year people there. He noticed two Slytherins, one being Tess and the other being a girl he never noticed.

He walked towards the front of the classroom and sat a seat away from Tess because he didn't really know her that well, but he felt more comfortable around the front than being with other students behind. He was really getting tired of the large amount of them, all girls, all so ranging from emotions.

He rubbed his temples at the thought that he was probably cursed at having large amount of girls in his class year.

Kasey walked into the class, not looking all too pleased. More annoyed than anything right at that moment. He stood by the door a moment, looking over possible places to sit and nearly groaned aloud.

He hadn't cared if that other slytherin boy would want to sit with his friend, Kasey could move if it was really necessary, and he look a seat in the front row next to the only other guy in class. The range of bright and bubbly to particularly subborn and obnoxious was giving him a headache. He couldn't even be bothered to try to sit near that Slytherin girl form the library, plus she seemed to be saving her seat for a friend.

He sighed, slinging his bag over the back of his chair, not bothering to get his book out to read before class and instead put his elbows in the table, resting his face in his hand and smoothing his curly hair back before it went back to place.

Damien always hated this class and the only reason he took it was because Tessa wanted him too, so he basically had to drag himself all the way to the class. He hated it with a passion but he made it to the door.

Arriving to the class Damien hung his head, dealing with one person from Slytherin is one thing but now he had to deal with Tess too, and he knew that Tess was Tabi's roommate and would probably run and tell Tabi everything. He hoped that neither of the twins was in the class.

Finally finding Tessa in the mess of people he drug out the chair and threw himself in it and banged his head on the table and made a little growl noise.

Tessa then noticed that Damien was sitting down beside her. She didn't understand why he made a growling noise. But if it was towards her, she wasn't going to stand for it. But she guess that it was because both classes were mixed. And she guessed that someone Damien had problems with was in the class.

“ Awww Damien what is wrong?”

Leshia hurried down the hall to muggle studies class she didn't want to be late this week since she missed last weeks lesson. Upon entering the classroom she noticed that something was a little off that the class had both 1st and 2nd years.

He noticed that Damien was in this class and almost had to laugh, just wait until she told Tabi, she might have to tell her in her mind. Looking around the classroom she wondered where she could sit it was kind of full then she noticed that Kasey was in this class and she got a little excited, but looking at Kasey he didn't look too happy to be here.

Walking over to where Kasey was at she pulled out a seat next to him. "Hay Kasey are you ok, you don't look so well. Not to mention you are not reading your book."

Leshia had always seen Kasey with his book, so seeing him without it was a complete change.

Surprised to see this class mixed as well, Victoria tried to breath steadily. She took the seat between Luke and Tess, smiling at both.

On their adventure near the Whomping Willow, Luke had dropped hints that he was doing more reading on muggles. She was curious if it had anything to do with her or if it was just for this class. No way to know.

She shrugged and took out her book, waiting for class.

Xander walked into class, now accustomed to the combined group. He nodded to Kasey as he passed, taking a seat next to Tess.

"How's it hangin?" He nudged her shoulder with a smile. Ever since their talk in the Room of Requirement, he felt free to be relaxed and open.

Seeing Xander, Tess let out a small grin and bit back amusement from his nudge. This was probably the best thing to have a mixed class, she got to sit with him for a bit during class time. She looked at the Professor then back at him to whisper.

"Pretty good, just sitting here, you know chillin' " She bit her bottom lip to stop a grin from forming and looked at him in amusement at how they were talking.

Victoria watched how Tess and Xander were acting. She was glad they'd finally admitted their feelings for each other, but Jeez! It was like they were 9 years old or something.

She looked over at Luke and made a show of rolling her eyes at them. But she couldn't stifle her grin. They seemed happy and that's all that mattered. She wondered if she'd ever be that comfortable with someone.

Luke shook his head at the pair. It was so out of character for Xander to have that stupid grin on his face. It was so foreign, but admitted it was nice to have him be happy, especially if Tess made him act like an idiot. He would be looking forward to that.

As soon as he saw Victoria's expression he chuckled, but inwardly he did hope that she and him would be somewhat like that. Not disgustingly cheesy or anything, but enough where he could call her his. Still he needed to figure out how exactly would that work. And he'd rather not think about it.

Seeing that most students were here, she locked the doors so no students would get out. Beginning her lesson she walked over to the board and began to write:

Muggle Views of the Magical World

"I know that we have a few Muggleborns here, based on what you've been raised around, what have you heard of the Magical world"

Victoria gently raised her hand. She wasn't sure if her answer was what the teacher was looking for, but she thought she'd give it a shot.

"Well...back when I didn't know about the magical world I just thought spells would be used to summon things or talk to the dead. But now I see how magic can be used for everyday tasks like house cleaning and yard work. I was surprised to see spells used in battle last year. I know we learn about wizarding wars, but it's alot different to see than muggle fighting."

She was being blatantly honest, hoping it was a good answer.

Tess, despite not being a muggleborn herself, raised her hand as well. After hearing Victoria and doing some reading herself, she found herself trying to answer too.

"Despite not being a Muggleborn myself...I find that a lot of Muggles, or from what little I've interected with them, find that it's all hogwash. They think All Hallows Eve is a simple day of dressing up and mocking our wizarding culture by asking for candy and dressing up as green faced depictions of us."

This was something she didn't particularly like of the Muggle culture, the fact that they made fun of their culture and thought of magic as lies.

Angel nodded hearing Miss Rossmund answering her question. She was used to responding, in her second year class, she was very well versed and was knowledgeable of the Muggle world being raised in it. Once she finished her explanation she responded.

"Very true observation Miss Rossmund. It's true, Muggle find that they falsify magical abilities such and pretend to be Seers. Or connection to the other side, which is obviously impossible."

She was all the more surprised by hearing her other student Miss McCartney speak her opinion. She was observant as well and nodded. It was very true and All Hallows Eve, was a special holiday for them.

"The opinion you have shared Miss McCartney is true. If you don't already know this class, All Hallows Eve is a holiday in which the veil of the living and the dead is thinned. Originating from a Pagan religion, we use it as a day to remember our dead and our magic is always the strongest there. Like the powerful wizard that Harry Potter was during his time in our world, he was born on that day. It is said that when born on that day you are a blessing. Your perception of the Muggle holiday is true, it's a childhood ritual."

She wrote on the board "Halloween"

"For Muggles, Halloween is a day of dressing up as anything the want. When they portray witches they usually paint their face green, give warts to one another, and long terrible nails and cackle. I assure you, as you look to your left and write you will hopefully not find a warty green witch amongst us" she said smirking. "But yes, they interpret things differently than we do."

She grinned widely and gave out the points.

"Ten points each. Now does anyone have any questions towards the Muggle culture?"
