The whole forest is surrounded by a magical stasis field which keeps all the trees in summer and all the flowers as they should be when they’re blooming perfectly. The trees are all deciduous, a mixture of silver birches, oaks, ashes, beeches, and willows with cherry and apple trees that are covered with flowers and bearing fruit all year round. The flowers on the ground are a patchwork of daisies, daffodils, snowdrops, crocuses and bluebells which bloom all the year. A slow moving and calm river flows through it with a waterfall falling into a pool at the Elven village. All the houses are woven from twigs of the trees around them, enchanted to be completely watertight and impervious to the cold, while the roofs are thatched with sweet-smelling grass. Once the river goes into the pool, it starts to flow underground until it reaches a secret glade, falling into another pool in a tiny waterfall that makes a light tinkling noise. The breeze through the entire forest is cool and sweet and the air is filled with the sound of laughing Elven children as they run through the forest and play.
