Background Information:

Arachne grew up with her parents in a travelling circus, her parents were stunt workers and handled the snakes but also performed in the knife throwing shows that the circus would put on. When she was six the performers in the circus were high on drugs and attacked her parents, causing their death.

Every night she has dreams and flashbacks of her parents death which has caused her to become mentally unhinged from reality, and the smiler that she was given in the attack serves of a constant reminder of what happened that night.
