Playing with her heart

Andrew looked down at the glass he was holding, what was being drunk all the time really getting him, no where. All it did was mask the pain an what did he have to do in the morning was take a potion so he could work.

Andrew turned to Jas and sighed, "You don't want to get drunk Jas, I just realized that it does not but make things disappear for awhile."

Andrew set his glass down and turned back towards Jas and looked at her.

"I am scared Jas, I had happiness once and it was ripped away from me. I don't know if I could stand the thought of loosing anyone again."

Jasmin then started to sigh. " I just want to drink and forget. And then drink so more. Maybe I will die from all the drinking that I have been doing."

She then was looking at Andrew.

" You can be happy again. I just want to be happy Andrew."

Andrew looked at Jas and sighed, "Maybe that's our problem Jas, we are too determined to stay lost in a bottle we cannot see past anything else."

Andrew listened to her tell him he could be happy again, "I still don't understand why you want to be happy with me?"

Jasmin didn't think that she had a problem. " I would rather stay lost then found. Then I wouldn't have to deal with it."

She then sighed. " Do you see anybody else wanting me? No."

Andrew could understand where Jas was coming from, because he too always wanted to be lost and he usually found it when he was buried in her. That should tell him about his deeper feelings that he had for he was just afraid to admit them.

"I don't care that no one else wants you, I want to know what it is about me that makes you want to stay with me."

Jasmin wanted to drink. She want to just wanted to be lost and was sure that someone was never going to be found. And Andrew was bringing out her feelings.

" Andrew, you make me feel like I could be me again. You don't even want to be with me."

Andrew just stared at Jas when she said that he didn't want to be with her. Was she not listening to him at all.

"Jas, I never said I didn't want to be with you. You are the only woman I have been with in the last two years." Andrew sighed, "I don't know how to do anything other than what we have done. That doesn't mean I am not willing to try. I just don't know how to do more anymore."

Jasmin then was sighing as she wish that this wasn't happening. She wasn't sure what was happening.

" Then why don't we at least try it. I don't want to regret not taking the chance. I want a relationship Andrew. I know that you said that I am your world."

Andrew pulled Jas close to him and looked into her eyes,

"I will try, just bare with me it has been a very long time for me."

Jasmin then was looking into his eyes. She couldn't help but stare at him.

" I will bare with you. It has been along time for me too."
