Background Information:
The earliest memory that Rin has is of darting here and there among the dirty bylanes of the underground drug market of Bangkok as a child, trying to scavenge food, stealing for a living. She was highly developed in her Metamorphmagus abilities at a very young age, as she learnt to adapt for survival, often assuming the looks of a poor, derelict handicapped child to gain sympathy and then get a few days food. Hence she was adept in the art of manipulation even as a child. She knows that she isn’t Asian in descent, that her features aren’t Asian, but she was abandoned in Bangkok and she doesn’t know, nor has any wish to know about her family members, or where she has come from. When she was twelve, she was picked up by one of the Recruiters of the Association, who saw potential in her. From there she was taken to Tibet, in an ancient monastery hidden from the ages, where the Association trained future members, future bounty hunters/assassins. It was there that she spent her childhood, grew up.
Rin soon became one of the most valuable members of the Association, excelled in her job as an assassin, hunting down important people for money. She was particularly good at this because of her Metamorphmagus abilities, being to assume the shape of a man or woman, Greek or American or French or Chinese, being fluent in more than eight languages. If her prey is particularly ‘interesting’, then Rin amuses herself by first researching about the person, understanding his/her likes or dislikes, then creating a personality specifically to get close to that person. When she’s achieved what she wants, she breaks their heart- and kills them. Its cold-hearted, its toying with people’s emotion, and its what Rin thrives on.
