Background Information:

Jermaine Vepoul comes from a long line of purebloods, all of whom hail from York. Specifically from their mansion there, hidden away from the eyes of muggles due to protective wards centuaries old and still being updated. The Vepoul family has always had a profound hatred of muggles and muggleborns despite the apparent hypocracy of not moving their mansion when muggle York expanded around it, leaving the Vepoul family almost trapped in sea of muggles.
