Zara was born in America while her parents where on holiday, visiting her grandparents. She has duel citizenship and stays with her grandparents during the summertime every other year. Her parents are muggles but her Grandmother, on her mother's side, is a witch and both of her Grandparents on her fathers side, are magical (Both deceased). Her mother died when she was 7 years old and she is very close to her dad. She's been severly sheltered from the war due to her dad over protecting her from whatever killed her mom (he claims that she's too young to know yet).

Zara is shy around new people, she's not too sure on who to trust, but once you earn her trust she's the most loyal (outgoing and loud, as well) person you'll ever meet. She's a vegitarian because when she was little she wittnessed a man beating his dog and vowed that she would never do anything to harm an animal.
