Money Matters (Silas and Aurelia)

Aurelia hurried into the bank, she kept her money in creature banks not wizards because they were a little less curious when there were large payments into the account very often, Gringotts had once questioned her about it and had almost tried to blackmail her into giving them a cut of her money.

Humming to herself she walked through the halls, her buisness pencil skirt tight across her legs, and her blouse was following suit too, her motorbike helmet in her hand she walked out of the place and scanned for the area she had left her motorbike in.

With a small sigh she was about to pull her helmet on when she thought she saw someone that she knew from a distance.

Silas did all of his banking with the creatures because he had some very bad blood with the Goblins. During his time as a frontline fighter he'd had to raid Gringotts once with a squad. The goblins had gotten away with killing all of his men. They were then very upset when he'd had the audacity to actually survive their traps.

Just as he was about to leave he noticed a striking woman wearing business atire but with a motorbike helmet tucked under one hand. He looked at her for a second before recongising her. Silas grinned,

"Hey there!" he greeted her, "Fancy meeting you here!"

Aurelia couldn't help but smirk a little bit when Silas came closer to her, she hadn't seen him much since their deal and he really did leave her with a lasting impression, now that there were twins on the scene once more...her feelings were getting more and more confused.

Holding her hand out for a handshake Aurelia placed her helmet on the other hip, she smiled gently waiting for him to take the hand, the touch would be welcome after so long of being used to seeing a man for only one night.

"Hey Silas, what are you doing here, dodgy place for someone so upright to be seen," she smirked.

Silas had been thinking about Aurelia a lot recently and he had actually found himself wishing that there would be some kind of german attack so that he would be able to see her again. In all their negoatiations at the bar he hadn't thought to get her number.

When she held out her hand for him to take, Silas gave her hand a firm handshake before lifting it up and kissing the back of her hand,

"Oh hardly upright Aurelia." he joked before shrugging, "Goblins don't like me. Seems they didn't like my... redecorations when I was there last."

Aurelia smirked a little bit when he shook her hand, you could always tell something about a man by the way that they shook your hand, and his shake was firm, which meant that he was a strong willed man, which Aurelia liked...pansies were seriously unattractive.

When he kissed the back of her hand Aurelia smiled wryly and moved her hand away swiftly from him, of course she had heard of the time that he had a run in with Goblins, who hadn't who read the Daily Prophet? It was rather funny in parts too.

"Never let a man redecorate." she said with a roll of her eyes "They always make a mess of it. Anyway, you need to go inside or what?" Aurelia asked, gesturing to the bank.

Silas had never put much stock in the idea that you could tell things about a man by their handshake but at the same time he was aware that others did. So he merely shoke people's hands with what he thought to be the best measure of strength and firmness.

He chuckled a little bit when she pulled her hand away after he'd kissed the back of it. She wasn't much of a girlie girl after all. She didn't appear to want to be romanced at all,

"I was out of paint and goblin blood was handy." he shrugged with a small smirk, "So sue me. Actually no, I just finished my transaction. Do you?"

Aurelia smirked a little hearing the chuckle that Silas gave when she moved her hand away she knew that she was not the 'typical girl' it was something that she had been picked up on, especially by girls in most often a bitchy manner.

Shaking her head Aurelia smirked again and looked at her motorbike which was perched just a few feet away;

"Nah, I have just finished my 'transaction' too, you'll notice I'm not so formal when I'm not doing business." she grinned placing her hand on the back of her hips.

Looking between the bike and Silas she asked, slightly nervously for once; "You uh, want to go and get a coffee or something?"

Silas was rather glad that Aurelia wasn't the typical girlie girl. She didn't deserve to be labelled as such after all. She was much too smart to be one of those brainless WAGs or whatever they were. And she kicked about as much ass as any given man. He chuckled a little bit,

"Oh I've noticed." he told her as he looked her up and down quickly before smirking, "Believe me, I've noticed."

The nervousness in Aurelia's voice was not something that Silas had ever heard before and it was rather unnerving. But when she asked if he wanted to get a coffee he smiled and nodded,

"Sure, I'd love to get a coffee with you." he smirked, "But I'm buying both alright?"

Aurelia was a little relieved when Silas said that he did want to come with her and get something to drink, she knew a place that was nice, she had been there years ago though and did not know if it even still existed, besides, the memories there were painful, so maybe it wasn't a good idea.

Noting that he had looked her up and down, Aurelia purred lightly, the memory of the night that they had together a few days ago came to the forefront of her mind, it was one of the best she had ever had, proving Silas right.

"I can do that, maybe I'll just have to get an Irish Coffee to make it even more expensive for you." she smirked a little bit and walked towards her bike taking out her keys.

"You want to ride with me? I know a good place." Aurelia asked, not knowing if he would be comfortable with going in a motorbike, some people werent but then again, those people were wimps.

Silas had been more than a little bit surprised when Aurelia asked if he wanted to have coffee with her. If he was completely honest he had had her pegged as a one night stand kind of woman but then again it was a woman's perogative to change her mind. It was better if men just didn't question it, especially when it turned out to be a good thing like with this.

The light purring sound that Aurelia made told him that he'd been caught looking but it also told him that she didn't mind him looking one bit. Their night together had been absolutely fantastic if he did say so himself. He'd been able to go three times in one night and he'd used all his stamina to give her one hell of a night,

"Ah there's nothing wrong with an Irish coffee." he told her with a smirk, "It's the best way to drink coffee I think... swimming in alcohol and with some cream."

"Sure I'll ride with you. Not been on many bikes though." he chuckled a little bit, "Last time I was on one it exploded. Mainly due to the blasting curses but still."

Aurelia was glad that Silas seemed to be on the same wavelength as her now, after their night together it was hard not to want to spend more time with the man, and she knew that he would want to spend more time with her as well.

It seemed as if she had one of those personalities people became addicted to in the end.

"Exactly, its much better than regular coffee and it just makes everything so much funner once you've had say...three or four as I normally do." she smirked wickedly "I don't intend to break form tradtion today either."

Tossing Silas the helmet Aurelia got on the bike, not wearing one herself as obviously she only had one to begin with; "Then climb on board, I'll be gentle with you."

Silas would be lying if he ever said that he wanted to spend less time with Aurelia, being with her made him feel much more alive than pretty much anything else. It was strange but when he was around Aurelia he felt as if he could relax and actually be himself. It was strange to him, he'd never really 'clicked' with people like he was doing now with Aurelia,

"Well now three or four? If you have that many I might have to do the gentlmanly thing and take you home." he smirked a little bit, "Although I seem to recall we did that last time we met up too."

Holding the helmet gingerly, not liking things that constricted his head, Silas put it on quickly and got on the bike behind Aurelia. He wrapped his arms around her front, "Mmmm I think I can get behind this."

Aurelia, as soon as Silas was on the bike began to rev the engine and she took her feet off the ground, once his arms were wrapped around her, and she was sure that he was safe, she grinned and let the bike speed off down the streets.

"Well you can't go anywhere else, the fronts out of bounds since you don't know how to drive, and I'm not allowing my baby to get wrecked." she said flippantly, smirking at Silas.

Soon they were weaving and dodging down the streets, dodging and weaving amongst the shops and the people who were trying to walk there, narrowly missing a vampire Aurelia smirked and stucka finger up as they swore at her.

Stepping on the gas she turned back and took a glance at Silas, seeing he was still attatched she asked;

"You still alive back there?" she joked.

Silas' eyes widened when Aurelia shot them off almost as soon as he was on the bike itself. His grip around her body tightened slightly as they sped along but otherwise he didn't really react to the speed,

"I guess not." he agreed before laughing slightly, "Hell if I drove this thing I'd not only wreck it but I don't think either of us would win any beauty competitions."

When Aurelia began to duck and weave between people and other things though the mild look of panic was clear on his face. What had he done to deserve death by a motorcycle ride? He gripped Aurelia as tightly as he could as she wrecklessly drove her bike onwards. When she glanced back at him his eyes widened,

"Eyes on the road! Eyes of the road!" he cried out in a panic before groaning, "Yes, as you can tell, I'm alive."

Aurelia smirked and could not help but laugh happily when he said that he would probably crash them, she knew that he was correct, after all her bike was a Ducati Monster, it was very powerful and you had to be in the bets of shape to use it.

Definately not for beginners.

Seeing the look of panic on Silas' face, Aurelia grinned manically and took her hands off the handlebars for a moment, wiggling them in the air as she playfully teased Silas;

"Look Silas! No hands!" she giggled, before covering her eyes with one of her hands as she drove, narrowly missing a set of cafe tables "No eyes!!"

Then, abruptly she stopped outside of a coffee shop just a few streets away from her own house; "We're here, you can stop p*ssing yourself now." she smirked.

Silas was pretty happy about not being in control of the bike if he was honest. Mainly because he wasn't sure the thing would actually listen to him even if he did actually want to try and drive it. He was a wizard and muggle motorbikes were not something he specialised in.

It would probably get him killed within five seconds.

Seeing Aurelia's look, a manic grin, Silas knew that whatever she was about to do was not going to be good for him. When she took her hands off the handlebars though his eyes bugged out and he chocked slightly,

"What the hell are you doing?!" he cried out before she took one of her hands off and covered her eyes. He went white, "Look where we're going!"

When they stopped it was abruptly but Silas could not have been happier. He immediately got off of the bike and took the helmet off. He groaned a little bit, "Oh there had got to be a better way to hold you when you're wearing leather than that..."

Aurelia could not help but let out a rather manic laugh at the reaction that Silas gave as she hopped off the bike and took off her jacket, placing it on the bike and walking towards the cafe, a look behind her to see if Silas was ready to follow her.

"You are too funny, I will have to make sure I'm a good girl, eyes on the road while I drive you back to your house." she smirked "Or because you're all wizardy you could apparate, my way's funner though."

Winking as she hopped down the steps into the terrace cafe, Aurelia swooped her hair back from her face and took her favourite seat on the large comfy seats they placed outside when it was sunny, like it was today.

"Now, if you feel less queasy, what do you want to drink, and I'll go up and get it for you." she said with a grin.

Silas had to reist the urge to either pout or call an expert to try and identify Aurelia's psychosis. He shook his head a little bit. The expert would then have to examine his head too because he still wanted to go with Aurelia. He followed her towards the cafe,

"Yes eyes on the road, bike on the road not the path and hands on the handlebars." he told her with a small smirk, "Yes we could do it my way but your way lets me grab hold you in in public while you're wearing leather."

Chuckling a little bit, Silas followed Aurelia to the collection of chairs outside and sat down in one of them. He sighed happily,

"Ah a seat that isn't going a hundred miles an hour..." he joked before grinning, "Well I'm feeling very british so can I have a cup of tea please? I'll pay you back don't worry."

Aurelia couldn't help but smirk a little bit when he mentioned that fact that riding on the bike with her would allow him to be not only close to her, but apparently he liked the fact that she was wearing leather today while she rode, of course it wasn't the standard biker gear, much tighter than that.

"I guess we know which way we will be getting home then." she smirked "Seens as you like the fact that you get to molest me in public it will be via bike I think."

With a wink Aurelia stood up and she walked towards the bar, ordering a cup of tea for Silas and a coffee for herself, a vanilla latte to be precise. Served almost immediately, Aurelia grinned as she was given the drinks for free, the barrister being someone she knew.

Walking back to Silas she set the drinks down; "No need for that, these guys here know me, means I get lots and lots of free stuff. Helps of course if they think I'm here on my own." she smirked.

Silas had to admit that Aurelia's take on the traditional biker look was by far the best take on it he'd ever seen. The leather hugged her body in all the right places and with such amazing tightness. He had to admit that if she wore that to go to the club with him he'd be very, very, happy with her outfit there too. It was a multi-purpose outfit which also had the effect of 'arousing' Silas' interest in her body,

"Yeah I think the bike would be best for all of us." he replied with a smirk, "But then again if we apparate we can molest each other much more thoroughly at my place."

He was actually rather surprised when Aurelia came back so quickly from ordering the drinks. Apparently it paid to be her because she didn't appear to have to pay for the drinks either. He smiled at her when she set down his cup of tea,

"Well be that as it may, I wouldn't feel right not paying you back in some way." he replied, smiling, "So perhaps just a small I.O.U for now?"

Silas, when he suggested the IOU, made Aurelia smirk as she wondered all the ways that she could make him repay the service that she had given him, it was nice to know that he felt obliged to be polite to her, as it made her think she was more than just someone to appeal to sexually.

"Hmmm I suppose I could let you off with an IOU, but I might send you up ot go and get me a muffin later on." she smirked "Or I could just keep that favour for another occassion." Aurelia purred, meaning the statement in a suggestive manner.

Looking around at the other people in the cafe Aurelia hummed to herself, she really did like it here, and they didn;t seem to mind her camping out all day there either.

"So, tell me Silas, how have you been these past few days since we met?"

Silas could tell that Aurelia was thinking of some rather pleasurable ways for him to repay the service. And he wasn't about to complain at all. To be honest it sounded like exactly his kind of job. And he'd make sure that she got maximum pleasure from their deal. But to be fair he was thinking about it in other terms too. He wanted her to know that he wasn't going to just take what she gave him, he was going to give thing back,

"Why thank you my darling, you are most gracious." he replied with a smirk before raising an eyebrow a little bit before winking, "Why not spread it out over two favours if I get you that muffin?"

He had to admit that this place had a great atmosphere. It was very homely but not exclusive like some coffee shops were. The people knew each other here but they didn't exclude outsiders, it was nice,

"Oh you know, busy busy busy. The new Minister called a meeting for some important people. Merlin knows how I got on the list right?" he joked before smiling, "What about you Aurelia? What have you been plotting?"

Aurelia smiled gently and she shook her head when he suggested that he spread it out over two favours, of course she did not object to having more favours from Silas, perhaps she would earn more and more in time, she imagined when working closely with him they'd save each others skins more than once or twice.

"Hmmm, I think that would be acceptable, I like blueberry, by the way." she smirked, moving her gaze from Silas to the bar behind him she silently indicated that he should go and get the muffin now.

When he mentioned the new Minister, Aurelia's ears pricked up, she had seen him of course in the papers and she knew he was more than likely going to try and contact her soon...

"Is he really as old and harmless as he seems? How on Earth did he ever become elected as the new Minister?" she smirked over her coffee cup "Just working in the lab really, perfecting the solution."
